To only access descriptive diagrams detailing the wiring patterns of zebrafish vessels click the left button below. This links you to a page from which you can directly load different diagrams of vessels in embryos from 1-7 days old. If you want to view 3-D angiography images, click the right button below. You will be able to access text and linked diagrams describing each stage of vascular development. You will also be able to select one of 10 different developmental stages to examine the vessels in 3-D detail. After selecting a developmental stage, you will be able to load 3-D images of selected regions of the embryo, choosing from one of 5 different image formats to view. You will also be able to access the stage-specific diagrams from these pages. Note that this site is best viewed on a monitor capable of at least 1024x768 pixel resolution.
